Agile Awareness is a sole proprietorship owned by Albert Jan Anneveld.

What data we process

Agile Awareness only processes personal data when someone contacts us via info@agileawareness.nl. That means the name and email address the sender includes in their message.

This website places no cookies. No analytics tools, tracking scripts or third-party scripts are loaded. Fonts are hosted locally.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used solely to respond to the contact request. The legal basis is legitimate interest: handling incoming messages is a necessary part of running the business. Where the sender shares personal data in expectation of a reply, consent also applies as a legal basis.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the contact. After that, it is deleted.

Sharing with third parties

Data is not shared with third parties.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. Send a request to info@agileawareness.nl. A response will follow within four weeks.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
